Almost Pepper
Look closely. Yes, this is not Pepper. But still cute. This fellow looks more stout, legs and muncung are totally brown without any black hues. And his/her front legs are wider than Pepper's. Notice that he/she is waging his/her tail and at the same time barking - trademark of daschunds?!

it's actually felicia's hubby's dog!!! taken at his parents' place in mlk (was there during her wedding, then i heard tis noisy fellow)...
