My first saree *grin*

Love it love it love it!! Love the colours. Can't wait to wear it. Only one problem. The wrapping and tying! The shop person taught me how to but it takes practice. Once awhile tie, sure forget! And not easy to tie all by urself, what more for first-timers like me!

They (shop owners and their lady friend) were all excited with the idea of a chinese buying and wearing a saree. When asked why, i answered that we're blessed with various races and ethics in Malaysia, so indulge (their lady friend seemed in awe of my answer!)! haha! No, i didn't tell them who i'm going out with! Would that make a difference??

The Omen

Catched The Omen earlier with darling. A review mentioned that storyline remains faithful to the original. I've watched that too but couldn't really remember.

It'll keep you at the edge of your seat with some terperanjat scenes. And poor Julia Stiles. I think this her first time doing a mommy role,.. and perhaps her last! ;p

What am i doing actually blogging on The Omen at this hour? Just trying to flashback on the movie gives me the creeps. So i think i better stop here and start on my sales analysis! ;p

Long and winding road...

Travelling to remote countryside through narrow and winding roads can also be fun and relaxing. Alone with just ur thoughts... Then there'll be that occasional herd of kerbaus, lembus or sheeps with a mangle of brown coat - at times happily feasting on the grass, otherwise trying to cross the road. So cute. Wish i wasn't driving so i could snap some shots of these cuties. Everything and anything with a snout or rather 'muncung' (result of sek keb) is considered cute in my book!

The Last Stand

X-Men: The Last Stand is a sad movie. And strong characters.. some lost their powers and some died. This looks like the last installment in the Xmen movie trilogy (all good movies come in threes??!). Xmen2 has got to be my fav of the lot.

What i like...
Magneto, cruel as he is, still regards Prof Xavier as his good friend.
Phoenix's hair - long, wavy and fiery-red!!
Mystique's super-fit-without-an-ounce-of-fat figure!
Dr Hank McCoy's articulate style.
We get to see Juggernaut.

However...
Rogue is supposed to be of a strong and confident character (at least that was wat i got from the comics) but the Rogue here is one confused girl. And where's the cool Gambit?! Instead we were thrust into the world of adolescence romance between Rogue and Iceman.
