Lots to do

I've got a string of things to do this long holiday - clear work desk, clear book shelves, clear dressing table, get rid of all unwanted stuff (mantra to chant "i will not need it in the future.. i will not need it in the future..."),... basically spring clean my messy room!! wahhhh!!!

Let it rain let it rain let it rain.. or not

It disgusts me that some people are taking advantage of the flood - looting, charging a fee for bringing the victims to safety (as high as rm4k!!). What if the victims couldn't afford it, so would they be left to die? Arrgh... I just cannot stand it. And apparently the authorities in charge didn't receive any complaints regarding this. Of course lar, people have other important issues to handle like keeping themselves safe!

Was helping out a friend at his home for a post-flood clean-up this morning. Water was up to the knee, in some places as high as the waist. And in other areas outside Mlk, it was as high as the roof. Truly thank God that my area is not affected by the flood... Me, even if the water went up halfway the car tyres, i'll freak out!
